Scott Weber is the Regional Manager for Y International USA, part of The Lulu Group International. He has been a part of the Lulu Family for over 15 years. First, as a customer and now as an associate. Prior to his service with Y International USA Inc.; he spent much of his time globally in the Oil & Gas Industry.

He was the executive Vice President of Operations for RLI LLC for 15 years. He has 26-year experience in O&G management and remote site operations. His leadership in remote site support operations in the O&G industry includes domestic and international operations, petroleum engineering strategies, directional drilling, logistics, procurement for marine vessels, oil and gas offshore drilling rigs, production platforms, US Environmental Protection Agency camps, high volume industrial isolation units, remote harsh environment offshore installations and land camps. He played a leading role in Offshore and Remote Sites market entry into the Middle Eastern region during his ten – year career with ARAMARK, a $14.7B USA corporation.

His offshore and Remote Sites expertise in the Middle East and Asia (Qatar, Bahrain, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, South Vietnam, Malaysia and India), expanded his knowledge of international operations, finance, negotiations, logistics on offshore installations and land camps.

He is also skilled in vendor negotiations and cross-cultural Human Resource management. He is an associate and current Presidential member with the Bilateral US Arab-Chamber of Commerce, International Association of Drilling Contractors, Texas Drilling Associates, Middle Eastern Business Men’s Association, Qatar Business Association, Southern Arabian Chapter IADC, International Restaurant Association of America, CCA, and the Gulf Coast Safety Conservation. He has also served as a member on the International Safety Committee and was an active member of the Houston Star team.
